Vercel
Your latest deployment status, on the Lock Screen — Ready, Deploying or Failed, without opening a dashboard.
What this integration does
It puts the state of your most recent Vercel deployment on your iPhone Lock Screen, Home Screen or Dynamic Island, so you can see whether production is healthy without opening a dashboard.
Pin It reads your deployments and nothing else. It cannot create, promote, cancel or roll back a deployment, and it cannot change project settings or environment variables.
The metric
One metric is available today: Deploy status, taken from the most recent deployment of the project you pick while creating the pin. The project name is what appears on the widget, so a team with several projects gets one pin each. It shows as:
- Ready — the deployment succeeded.
- Deploying or Queued — a build is in progress.
- Failed — the build errored.
- Canceled — the build was stopped.
- No deploys — the account has no deployments yet.
Connecting it
- Open Pin It on your iPhone and tap the plus button.
- Choose Vercel as the source.
- Approve the integration on vercel.com, picking the personal account or team whose deployments you want to watch.
- Search for the project by name and pick it from the list.
- Name the pin, choose where it appears, and tap Pin it.
How often it updates
A Vercel webhook tells Pin It the moment a deployment starts, succeeds or fails, and the value is refreshed immediately. A scheduled poll runs as a backstop in case a webhook is missed.
Access and data
The integration uses Vercel’s OAuth flow. The resulting access token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored, and the only thing kept from the API response is the status string shown on your Lock Screen — no build logs, source code, environment variables or team member details. See the privacy policy for the full list.
Disconnecting
Disconnect the source in Pin It. The stored token and its pins are deleted, and the integration is uninstalled from your Vercel team — including any webhooks it created. You can also remove it from Vercel → Settings → Integrations; either is enough.
Troubleshooting
Your project is not in the search results. The integration was approved for a different scope than the one holding it — a personal account rather than the team, or a Specific Projects install that excluded it. Adjust access in Vercel → Settings → Integrations, then reconnect.
The pin says “No deploys”. That project has never been deployed, or it was renamed after you pinned it — pins track the project name. Edit the pin and pick the project again.
The status is stale. Open the app to force a read. If it is still behind, the integration may have been revoked in Vercel; reconnect it.
